Wind Mitigation Executed Contract
Per your request, we are offering our services to prepare a Florida Building Code Mitigation Affidavit (Uniform Mitigation Verification Inspection Form OIR-B1-1802 and/or Citizens Building Type II and Ill Mitigation Verification Affidavit MIT-BT II & l!I} for the above referenced property. The scope of the mitigation affidavit is limited to verificatlon and certification of terrain exposure, wind speed and design, and mitigation device(s) found for the specified structure(s) for insurance purposes.
