Management is responsible for the accompanying financials statements of Greenbriar of C.H. Owner’s Association (a corporation), which comprise the balance sheet as of January 31, 2022, and the related statement of income and retained earnings for the one and one month then ended in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America. We have performed a compilation engagement in accordance with Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services promulgated by the Accounting and Review Services Committee of the AICPA.
