NOTICE OF PRESSURE CLEANING, BUILDING REPAIRS & PAINTING COMMENCEMENT

This is to inform you that work will start on your building: pressure cleaning, stucco and siding repairs, and then painting of the entire building. Weather permitting, work on your building will begin on corner of E. Hartford and Citrus Blvd this Monday – with Building No. 2.

We anticipate pressure cleaning and painting to be completed in about seven (7) business days. During that time, following needs to be done by all occupants before 7:00 AM on the above date until work is completed:

• Ensure all windows are closed shut and locked down so no water can enter from pressure washing.
• No cars/motorcycles/bikes allowed to be park in any carport due to safety concerns and risk of damage. Failure to comply with this notice absolves the Association and its Contractor for any possible damage.
• Remove all plants/planters from outside areas as contractor will not be responsible.
• Remove all items attached/affixed/hung on exterior walls and doors including in the carports.
• Move any existing storage bins/lockers away from walls or dividers so painter has access.
• Remove RING/Blink, or other electronic camera/doorbells, from outside walls so can seal and paint behind units.

Use any spots in the parking lot of your building or, if needed, in neighboring building lots for this work to be completed. Cones, tape etc., will be placed at specific areas of each building to remind all owners/occupants to be careful entering and egressing from each unit when workers are at your building.
