FOLLOW UP TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING OF MARCH 9, 2022 – POOL SECURITY & MORE

The Citrus County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) East District Coordinator, Sgt. Brian Casalvieri, confirmed with me on 3/10/2022 that the Agent Agreement was received and is on file for our Association.

As noted Reminder that our pool is open from 9 AM to SUNSET.  Our pool and Association is not certified for nighttime (past sunset) swimming by Citrus County/State of Florida.

If you see any after-hours/late night activity at our community pool, please:

• Call the CCSO non-emergency number (UNLESS IT IS A REAL EMERGENCY THEN DIAL 911) 352-726-4488
• State this is for the Greenbriar One Condominiums in Citrus Hills
• Give them your info (name, building number/address) which will be confidential
• Tell them for the pool which is at 240 E Glassboro Ct (leads them to the walk way) for GPS purposes
• And what you’re concerns and/or observations are

I ask that you please keep a record/log of date and time you called. If you see an officer come – take note.  If not – take note of that as well.  Please email the information through the website “CONTACT” under the Main Menu so we can keep a record as well.

IF this problem continues and/or escalates, I will be contacting the Community Patrol Division Officer, Mr. Jacob Chenowith, who will increase the patrol at the pool area as well as have log of when officer(s) were in the location checking.

Additionally, I was given key points on lighting and security cameras for the pool area and will follow up with the Board in the near future as well.
