Exterior Pressure Washing, Repairing and Painting

Dear Unit Owner:
The Association awarded the contract to Willies Painting to complete the painting of the exterior, as well as various jobs for preparation to the buildings for painting. This will include pressure washing, repairing any stucco work that is necessary and replacing any siding also. The estimated start date for this project will start the first of March.
It is very important if you are a part time resident and will be returning home sometime in March to make sure your area is prepared for the workers to complete their tasks.
Here are some bullet points:
- Prepare your exterior for pressure washing and painting. Take items off the walls, carport, i.e.: garden hose mounts, anything hanging for exterior walls, plants, furniture, from outside. Carports that have storage units need to be moved away from the wall to have painters reach your exterior walls.
- If you have an open lanai, please remove all furniture. They will be accessing the upstairs lanai by exterior ladder. They will be painting the rails and walls.
- Door seals/rubbers will need to be removed only if someone is there or provide access to painters. They will have to be removed for up to two days. Once painted they will have to stayed removed for 1 or 2 days after the painting is completed.
- Remove Ring or any other electronic devices, camera/doorbell from outside walls so can seal and paint behind these devices.
If you are unable to complete these tasks that are required for your unit to be painted before leaving for any length of time, please talk to your neighbor to see if they can assist in your absents.
The Association appreciates full cooperation in regards to this project. The sooner everyone complies and assists the fastest the job will be completed.
