Special Assessment
September 20, 2023
Board of Directors meeting was held on September 20, 2023 at the location of Citrus Memorial Health Foundation (YMCA), 4127 W Norvell Bryant, Lecanto FL 34461.
Call to Order:
The meeting was called to order on September 20, 2023 by Gerry Jones, President at 7:01p.m. A quorum was established with four (4) board members in attendance.
Board of Directors in Attendance:
Gerry Jones, President, Harvey Gerber, Vice President; Dave Wheeler, Secretary and Skeet Shyner, Director. Also others in attendance with Geri Bond, Community Manager and 17 homeowners from Greenbriar of Citrus Hills.
Proof of Notice:
Meeting signs were placed at 4 corners and placed on the wall at the pool area on September 6, 2023. Special Assessment package were mailed to all homeowners 14 days in advance of meeting, September 6, 2023.
Adopt of Agenda:
A Motion was made by Gerry Jones, President to adopt agenda as posted, seconded by Dave Wheeler, Treasurer, ALL IN FAVOR.
MOTION was made by Dave Wheeler, Treasurer to accept the Special Assessment of $500 per each unit owner for installation of Hydro Tank. Payments may be paid in full or permitted to make 3 installments of $166.67 payable October 22nd, November 22nd and December 22nd, seconded by Harvey Gerber, Vice President, ALL IN FAVOR.
Adjournment:
A MOTION was made by Dave Wheeler, Treasurer to adjourn the meeting at 7:39 p.m. with no further business to conduct, seconded by Gerry Jones, President. ALL IN FAVOR.
