Greenbriar of Citrus Hills BOD Budget Meeting December 30, 2021

Board of Directors Budget meeting was held on December 30, 2021 at the location of Villages Services, 2541 N Reston Terrace, Hernando FL 34442.

Call to Order:

The meeting was called to order on December 30, 2021 by Gerry Jones, President at 2:24 P.M. A quorum was established with three (3) board members in attendance.

Board of Directors in Attendance:

Gerry Jones, President; Harvey Gerber, Vice President and Spiro Colivas, Treasurer. Also others in attendance with Geri Bond, Community Manager and homeowners from Greenbriar of Citrus Hills.

Proof of Notice:

Homeowners were mailed the proposed budget as well as the agenda within 14 days before the meeting and posted at each 4 corners.

Consideration of the budget and approval: Insurance is the main increase in the budget for 2022, also making sure the reserves are completely funded. A Motion was made by Spiro Colivas, Treasurer to approve the budget that was presented to the membership, seconded by Gerry Jones, President, ALL IN FAVOR. 

A Motion was made by Spiro Colivas, Treasurer to approve Gaudette as the contractor to hook up the well generator, seconded by Gerry Jones, President, ALL IN FAVOR. 

Adjournment: With there being no other business, a Motion was made by Spiro Colivas, Treasurer to adjourn the meeting at 3:15 P.M. The motion was seconded by Harvey Gerber, Vice President. ALL IN FAVOR.
