   1.  Review and ratify pool signs purchased/dumpster sign
   2. Review and ratify irrigation expenses:  Irrigators inspecting lines and repairing.
   3. Review and ratify the drainage issue behind building 16 – Gardner’s Concrete Flume
   4. Review and ratify repairs needed for 303 E Hartford 2A – sewer pipe intrusion
   5. Ratify repair on 0703A association damage
   6. Review and ratify the agreement on the 2 Peach units
   7. Ratify removal of two trees  Hartford and Glassboro – Bib Tim Messere $1,600
8. New Business
   1. Review and discuss 65 E Hartford 4A landscape replacement. This arrangement took place from prior maintenance supervisor.  Currently was given 10 bags of stone, complained it was not the correct color purchased his own and would like the board to consider reimbursing.
   2. Review and discuss attic storage in all carports and how to handle
   3. Review and discuss all back stairs coming out of units and plan to repair.
   4. Approval of Financial Statements provided to Association January –  June 30, 2023
   5. Review and Motion on installation of new Well Tank – Bids JAP Quality Services/RCM Utilities/A. Covell Electric
   6. Accepting Spiro Colivas resignation, and appointing candidate for the remaining of the term which ends at the 2024 annual meeting:  Kathleen Jaillet/Cheri Martone/Ellen Mullaney. Whoever is not selected can turn in their intent to run for the 2024 annual there will be three positions open
   7. Florida Department of Environmental Protection complaint.
   8. Discuss and create procedures on how to handle leaks within condos
   9. Discuss special assessment for replacement of tank for well system
   10. Approve and Sign the Operating Procedures for Alliance CAS (collection company)
   11. Set date for Budget Meeting Approval November 15, 2023 – Location Central Ridge Library if available
   12. Set date for Annual Meeting February 21, 2024 – Location Central Ridge Library if available
