YEAR END FINANCIALS WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER MARCH 31, 2024.  IF YOU WOULD LIKE A COPY PLEASE, CONTACT VILLAGES SERVICES AFTER MARCH 31^ST AT 352-746-6770 OR WRITTEN REQUEST AT 2541 N RESTON TERRACE HERNANDO FL 34442.

THE ASSOCIATION MUST HAVE A QUORUM OF 70 HOMEOWNERS IN PERSON OR BY PROXY TO CONDUCT ASSOCIATION BUSINESS.  THE FINANCIAL WAIVER PASSES BY A MAJORITY OF HOMEOWNERS IN PERSON OR BY PROXY.  IF A QUORUM NOT MET THAN, THE ASSOCIATION WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE AN AUDIT FOR 2023. 

BOARD MEETING WILL IMMEDIATELY FOLLOW MEMBERS MEETING.
