Board of Directors meeting held on November 15, 2023 at the location of YMCA – Citrus Memorial Health Foundation, 4127 W Norvell Bryant Hwy., Lecanto FL 34461
Call to Order:
Gerry Jones, President at 7:00p.m., called the meeting to order on November 15, 2023. A quorum was established with four (4) board members in attendance.
Board of Directors in Attendance:
Gerry Jones, President, Harvey Gerber, Vice President; Dave Wheeler, Treasurer/Secretary and Skeet Shyner, Director. Also others in attendance with Geri Bond, Community Manager and 16 homeowners from Greenbriar of Citrus Hills.
Proof of Notice:
Meeting signs placed on all four corners of the complex and placed on the pool area.
Open discussion was made regarding the proposed 2024 budget with the homeowners that attended. The proposed budget was projecting the monthly assessments to increase to $400 a month. Spiro Colivas, homeowner asked permission with the Board President, Gerry Jones to address the Board of Directors as well as the homeowners that attended and explain the draft budget that he had prepared. Spiro Colivas had been the association Treasurer’s up till a few months ago. Gerry Jones gave him permission to speak to the Board as well as the homeowners. Spiro Colivas went through the budget line by line. Made suggestions on changing a few amounts that he felt exceeded the amount necessary for the year 2024. His proposed budget was based of $350 a month assessments.
MOTION made by Skeet Shyner, Director to accept proposed budget for 2024 of Greenbriar of Citrus Hills, for $350 per month. Seconded by Gerry Jones, President. ALL IN FAVOR, motion passed.

A MOTION made by Gerry Jones, President to adjourn the meeting at 7:47 p.m. with no further business to conduct, seconded by Dave Wheeler, Treasurer/Secretary. ALL IN FAVOR, motion passed.
