Greenbriar Of Citrus Hills BOD Meeting Minutes December 7, 2021

CALL TO ORDER:

Meeting was called to order at 7:02 p.m.

VERIFY QUORUM:

Quorum was established with Gerry Jones, President; Harvey Gerber, Vice President; Spiro Colivas, Treasurer; and Diego Salgado was absent.

PROOF OF NOTICE OF MEETING:

Posting of meeting was placed on all mailboxes.

ADOPT AGENDA:

MOTION was made by Spiro Colivas, Treasurer, seconded by Gerry Jones, President. ALL IN FAVOR.

APPROVAL TO PURCHASE NEW GENERATOR: Motion was made by Spiro Colivas, Treasurer to secure the pricing for the new generator through Re-Act Power. 50% of the cost will be mailed to them. CAT C9 Disel Generator. Seconded by Harvey Gerber, Vice President.

CONFIRM DATE FOR BUDGET MEETING: Discussion was had amongst the board members to schedule the budget meeting for 2022 on December 30, 2021.
